This Policy applies to visitors to our website, business contacts, customer administrators, installers, technicians, fleet users, and individuals whose vehicles, devices, or mobile phones interact with the Services.

iAppliance primarily provides business-to-business Services. In many cases, our customer decides which vehicles and users are connected to the Services, which features are enabled, and how the information is used within its organization. If you use a vehicle, device, or account managed by one of our customers, that customer may be responsible for providing additional privacy notices and responding to certain requests about your information.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the Services used and the customer configuration, we may collect the following categories of information.

The Services may collect approximate or precise location information when enabled or when included in data provided by a connected vehicle, device, mobile phone, or customer system. Location information may include GPS data, route, trip, stop, timestamp, or similar information.

When a phone is used to assist a device connection or relay information to the Services, we may collect information needed to support that workflow, such as device connection status, upload status, session information, mobile app activity, and the vehicle or device data being relayed.

When you visit our website or interact with online Services, we may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, form interactions, cookie identifiers, and similar usage information.

We may receive information from customers, authorized users, service providers, business partners, vehicle data sources, public databases, or other third-party sources where permitted.

iAppliance does not sell vehicle telemetry, precise location, or driving behavior data. We do not provide that data to insurance companies, consumer reporting agencies, data brokers, or advertising networks for their independent use unless we provide clear notice and obtain any legally required consent, or unless disclosure is required by law.

You may also have rights related to certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or use of sensitive personal information.
